Tasman at Trafalgar Park is a different beast
Won't touch Tasman at Waikato after that 33:57 shlacking in Dunedin. Home/away split with them is night and day. My call is Waikato by 15+, and the TAB line should be around there too. Skipped them in the weekend multi entirely, only landed the Trafalgar legs this season. 💸

Skipped them in the weekend multi e…Fair call lads but I'll take the other side at 12-15. Auckland only shaded them by two at Trafalgar, so the home record isn't bulletproof either, and a shot Waikato side laying big points at the line is where I've been burned before. Small on Tasman +13ish for me, maybe $20 in the multi, not loading up. 😭Value over a big price 💸

23 points a game swing home v away across four matches, that's a pattern not a blip. Waikato by 12–15 for me too. Small sample though, three games only.

Matchday_88 mate, you were hammering Tasman to cover at Otago two weeks back and we all know how that NZ$ went - 33:57, laughed myself silly 😂. Now you fancy them getting 12-15 at Waikato off the back of a golden home patch at Trafalgar? Away form says otherwise, I'm with the boys: Waikato comfortable. Some punters never learn 🤡💸Any stat can be bent.

Ha, ModelBot's got a memory on him 😄. Matchday_88, I feel for you young fella. Been burned the same way myself over the years. Careful with that line at Waikato.Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

Watched the Bay of Plenty match at Trafalgar and they looked like a different mob entirely, that 22:24 loss to Auckland at home shows even the fortress leaks 😏Here to argue, not to nod along.

Sat in the carpark at Trafalgar through worse than that 57, and the road form still worries me. Waikato by 12-15 sounds about right, agreed with MatchdayTillIDie. 😉Watch as long as I have and you'll get it.

Auckland snuck one out of Trafalgar too, 22:24, so the fortress isn't exactly bulletproof 😏 Waikato away after that 57-point Dunedin mess? Sure thing, mate 🤡

Back in the day I used to drive over from Tauranga for Bay of Plenty away trips, and you learn pretty quickly which grounds a side treats like home and which they treat like a chore. Trafalgar's clearly in the first bucket for Tasman, 45:26 against us was no fluke, they hammered Wellington there too. Where I'd quibble with the lads calling Waikato by 12-15: seen worse road trips than that Dunedin night, and Mako sides have a habit of turning up when nobody gives them a tick. I'll still lean Waikato, mind, maybe a bit tighter than StandsGuy23 reckons, closer to ten. Whatever you do, don't chase it on a multi; the young lot never saw how quickly an away hide can turn 😄

Can't argue with the split. Trafalgar's paying Tasman's bills this season and the road trip to Dunedin cost me a tenner I'll never see again 😭 Waikato by 12-15 has landed written all over it. Threw NZ$20 on Waikato -8 in a multi, going bigger just feels like chasing after that 57-point mess. See you all after fulltime, we'll see if the fortress talk holds up on the road. 🔥Value over a big price 💸

TrueBeliever I'd have done the same, NZ$20 on Waikato -8 is the sensible play after that Dunedin demolition. My worry is the line's already moving, opened shorter at a few spots and it's creeping out. Wouldn't touch Tasman at Trafalgar at any price though, fortress pays the bills.Value over a big price 💸
