Hurricanes lounge: who's bringing the thunder to Sky Stadium this
Afternoon lads, how are we all feeling?? π₯πͺ Heard the boys have been drilling the wind game all week up at the stadium. About time, that gale's ruined more passing moves than any defence tbh π± Good few of us from Tauranga heading down for it, shouts at the pub before kickoff. Who else is going? Backing them all day π

βThe wind at Sky Stadium reminds me of watching old Christian Cullen games there - bloke could sidestep into a hurricane and still score π Seen worse conditions than this weekend's forecast, mind. Count me in for the pub shout, first round's on me if the boys keep the ball off the deck.

Bit munted out my way too, chairs are already in the pool π First round FrontRow? hold my pint, I'm bringing a crowd πΏMemes are analysis too.

Lads I'm hype for this one π₯πͺοΈ if the wind's howling we just gotta trust the boys to chuck it wide like they've been drilling all week, WE'VE GOT THIS πͺπͺπ³πΏGonna be absolute chaos out there and I love it ππͺοΈ put a cheeky TAB multi on the boys going wide early just for the lols, if we can ship it in a gale we can ship it anywhere, you just know π₯πͺHeart with the team, head on pause.

Chuck it wide in a gale?? My old coach used to say the wind's the twelfth man for whoever reads her best πͺοΈπ scarf packed, keen for the shout lads π₯You don't abandon your own.

Yeah nah, chucking it wide in that wind is how you gift the other mob seven points π FrontRow better warm up the card, I've seen this movie before πΏHold my pint.

Did the wind game back in my thirties, gale off the harbour and we still shipped it. You just run the lines harder π Trust the boys π₯ ah well, nowt to doYou don't abandon your own.

Ha, JohnBlues, your trampoline's done more laps of that yard than some of our wingers have done of the paddock π Trust me mate, that wind drill is real, back in my day we used to train into the gale off the coast at Gisborne and you learnt real quick whether your ten could actually pass or just fling hope. Scarf's on the couch waiting, thermos ready, and I'll be in my usual spot grumbling at the referee like always. Whatever the weather does, it's good just to be back in the lounge with you lot before kickoff. Storm the gates, boys. See y'all at the ground, and anyone wanting a pre-match flat white, shout time's at mine, first round of scones is on me πRemember when the grass was greener π±

Gale off the harbour? Mate that wind's knocked over my trampoline twice, good luck chucking it wide π€£ I'll believe the wind drill when I see it πΏ@JohnBlues if that wind's done your trampoline twice, imagine what it does to a garryowen π back in the day we used to play at the old showgrounds down here with a southerly that'd blow the ball back over your head, and you learnt quick to keep it tight and run straight. old school stuff, but it wins games in weather like that. ah well, we'll seeSeen it all, lads.

Training in that gale is why every ball seems to fly like a lost piece of bread. Absolute chaos π€£Hold my pint.
