sitting here in Dunedin with my cuppa and it took me right back to my own grand final memories, that 2011 night when suncorp shook the foundations - ChloeLoves, you would've been right in the thick of it, and I reckon that roar is still echoing round the place π hope the cake's a beaut and the year ahead brings plenty more nights like that one. she'll be right, chloe, many happy returns πBeen here longer than some have followed.

I was watching from my lounge back home and reckon the telly nearly shook off the wall, so god knows what it was like in the stands with ChloeLoves leading the charge π chloe, what i remember most from this place is how you always had a kind word for the newbies and never once went quiet, even in the lean seasons, and mate, we've had a few. takes a proper supporter to sing through those years, not just the trophies. hope the cake's a good one and the family spoils you rotten today. many more birthdays, and may we get another suncorp night like 2011 sooner rather than later ππRemember when the grass was greener π±

Though I'd ask, does it actually matter where someone sat in 2011? A memory from a telly in WhangΔrei and one from the terrace are both just memories now, and half of them are probably colourised by wishful thinking anyway. The gatekeeping always makes me chuckle. I'd rather someone learned the history properly and got invested than got chased off for not having the right vintage of fandom. Anyway, happy birthday ChloeLoves.
