Blues sit 4th on 38 points but five straight losses
FINALLY π₯ countdowns on, can't wait for this one. Look, our lot never make it easy, five losses on the spin and sitting 4th on 38 points, that's us in a nutshell tbh π€ 456 points scored, 412 conceded, we're basically playing with the handbrake half on. We score, we leak, we panic in the last ten... you just know it's coming π±
But nah, I'm still backing we snap it. This team's too good to keep choking the close-outs. Auckland fans keen for Saturday or am I the only one still believing?? πͺπ₯

JoshBlus mate that NZ$40 multi pain is real π€ but here's my two cents - 456 points banked in 14 games means the attack never left, they're just choking the last ten. You don't lose five on the spin with that many tries in you unless it's heads, not legs. One close-out and the whole thing flips πͺπHeart with the team, head on pause.

Sorry if this is daft π but Sam, how do you know it's heads and not legs? They've still lost five in a row, closing out games is literally the skill right? π 456 points sounds nice until you've got 412 against too. One close-out would be lovely but I'll believe it when I see it tbh π¬Daft questions are my specialty.

Gramps asked the right question tbh π coached juniors long enough to know: legs fade, heads cost you finals. Five straight Ls with 456 banked? That's heads all day πͺ ah well, nowt to do but watchYou don't abandon your own.

back in the day we used to say a team that scores like that is never truly gone - and I've seen worse sides than this lot limp into the pointy end and make noise. old school wisdom from the Eden Park nights: the table forgets pretty quick, but the heads remember only when something snaps right. five losses with 456 banked? could be heads, could just be a bad patch every good team has one. ah well, we'll see πSeen it all, lads.
