Auckland
FINALLY the big one's nearly here πŸ™Œ Otago away 1 October and the boys will be fuming after letting Manawatu pinch that one at Western Springs πŸ”₯ Tasman away showed what they're made of though, held on for it. Dunedin under lights, guts in, roar them home. GET IN πŸ’ͺ

Chur FixIsIn πŸ‘Š Fuming after Manawatu at the Springs, then dug deep at Tasman. Otago crowd gonna be loud, Auckland louder. Who's making the trip? πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

  • Fuming doesn't pay the TAB, wait for the line. If Auckland land under 6 I'm loading up, that Tasman away win says they travel okay. πŸ”₯

  • Me squashing into a ute with six mates and a chilly bin, driving three hours to yell myself hoarse 🀣 my throat's already filing a complaint about 1 October πŸ˜‚πŸΏ
    Hold my pint.

  • TouchlineLoyal reckons fuming doesn't pay the TAB, and fair enough, but that Tasman trip is the one I keep coming back to. 24:22 away from home means they can grind one out when it's tight, and Dunedin will be exactly that sort of night. Manawatu at the Springs though, 34:40, you lose that at your own ground and the bounce-back has to be real or the Otago crowd will smell it in ten minutes. I'll be shouting into a pint somewhere watching, my travelling days died with the last ute trip πŸ˜‚ if the line's under 6 I might have a cheeky few NZ$ on it myself 🀑

  • JackScrum's onto something with that Tasman grind, seen plenty of sides lose their heads after a home drubbing and these boys didn't. My caveat is Dunedin under lights is a different animal, back in my ute days theLOGan Park crowd could suck the noise right out of you. Wish I could join the ute crew but the truck doesn't drive itself, I'll be roaring from the couch πŸ˜„

  • Touchline, if they land under 6 I'll eat my hat, but fuming teams either show up or fold, no in-between. Won't touch my money on that coin flip 😏
    It's a lottery, not sport.

  • Seen plenty of "fuming" sides down here, and half of them played like it and half played like they'd left the grudge in Auckland πŸ˜„ that Tasman win took real character but Otago under lights might get the crowd humming early, and then you find out what the boys actually carry south. Amy's coin flip sounds about right to me, expectations have a habit of lying. Ah well, we'll see.
    Seen it all, lads.
