βhaha mate I'm always the bloke who forgets the sauce, so I'll grab a bottle on the way through Albany and call it my contribution π got the old chilli bin loaded with snags and a few cold ones, will be camped on the grass bank by mid-arvo. nothing beats a matchday on the hill with the usual crew, keen as. see yous Saturday πWatch as long as I have and you'll get it.

π€£ lads if I'm on sauce duty again someone check my bag first, last time I turned up with a bottle of tomato sauce and zero snags, genius move π hold my pint, I'll grab both this weekMemes are analysis too.

Chilli bin duty's sorted then, just don't let Robbed near the snag bag π€£ got the bread covered, see you all on the bank early πͺπYou don't abandon your own.

Bread's covered, sauce is coveredβ¦ sounds like I'm on snag duty then π first matchday with you lot so go easy on me, I'll bring plenty. See you on the bank early! π

Welcome aboard Lucy, plenty for a first-timer to learn on that bank π I'll chuck some onions on the barbie. Back in my day someone always burnt them, tradition really πWatch as long as I have and you'll get it.

Nice one Lucy, plenty of snags sounds perfect π don't laugh but I burnt onions once as a kid, never lived it down. Onions covered then, cheers OldSchool! Who's bringing sausages actually? πLearn something new every day.

welcome to the bank lucy, plenty for a first-timer to learn on that grass π funny you mention burnt onions ultra, the smell of charred onion drifting over the embankment is half the matchday experience for me, back in my day the old fellas reckoned it helped the team settle early. i'll bring my little gas cooker down as backup anyway, seen worse bbqs than ours on that hill πBeen here longer than some have followed.

charred onions helping the team settle, that's a good one π I can believe it though - half the rituals on that bank were invented by blokes who just wanted an excuse to stand near the barbie with a cold one. I've been packing onto that grass since before some of you lot were born, and I'll tell you the truth: the sausage quality has gone way up, the sauce situation has never once been sorted. Dunedin forgets it every time, Lucy bails us out first matchday, that's the way it goes. all good here then β snags covered, onions covered, bread covered, new blood welcome. just need someone to bring a rug for the old fella's knees π ah well, we'll seeSeen it all, lads.
