Manawatu riding momentum into home clash with Canterbury
FINALLY π€ three wins in four and we just dropped 40 on Auckland AT EDEN PARK π₯π₯ back the boys all day at the Arena on the 3rd, crowd gonna lift them tbh. Canterbury better come ready, you just know we're flying ππͺ

Two wins on the road by a combined five points and everyone's suddenly talking up a mauling π Look, form is real, but Canterbury usually get priced shorter at the Arena than you'd think. I'd want that line under 6 before touching Manawatu. Anything past that and the value's gone. Small stakes on the heads-up for me, NZ$20 tops, keep the rest for the try scorer markets π₯Value over a big price πΈ

Me holding a two-point win over Taranaki like it's the CrossFit of rugby wins π my own design portfolio has fewer dodgy slides than our last month. Still backing the boys tho π€£Memes are analysis too.

Go easy on me, maybe I'm wrong, but everyone's hyped after Eden Park and forgot Waikato were the game before? Canterbury at home is a big step up π Still keen though. What line will they actually open at? π€

Coached juniors for years, trust me, a side that learns from a slip like Waikato plays with more grit, not less π₯ Back the Turbos at home, hard out πͺOne love, one side β€οΈ

Don't laugh, still learning this, but Ben, didn't we say grit after Waikato too? π What actually changes on the 3rd, home crowd or just hoping? π€Learn something new every day.

@TrueFan2009 what changes is Eden Park mate, 40 on Auckland away doesn't happen by accident π₯ attack is clearly humming, question is just tidying up that Waikato leak. I remember grinding out scraps in club footy, once the belief lands the rest follows, and Turbos have got it now π ah well, nowt to do but back them at the Arena πͺYou don't abandon your own.

But seenitall, we said the same after Taranaki and then Waikato happened π 40 in Auckland was magic, but can the defence actually fix itself in one week? π€Learn something new every day.

I was at Eden Park in '19 when we got pumped there, so seeing 40 on Auckland up there this week had me losing it π₯ Attack takes care of itself, defence just needs ONE clean read. Backing them all day πͺOne love, one side β€οΈ

Genuine question here, don't laugh π everyone keeps saying "attack takes care of itself" but didn't we also say the defence needed one clean read before Taranaki? And that was a two-point squeak at home. Then Waikato happened π¬ So honest confusion from me: if one week was enough to fix the leak, why wasn't the last one? Is it actually fixable, or do we just need to outscore Canterbury like we did Auckland and hope 40 beats whatever they bring to the Arena on the 3rd? π€ Still learning this so explain like I'm five if I'm missing something πDaft questions are my specialty.

good on the young lot asking this, because gramps has hit it on the head. seen worse sides than ours get carried off their own wave - i remember a Taranaki night or two where the beautiful footy never turned up again the next week. 40 in Auckland was magic, no arguing that, but Canterbury at the Arena will read that Waikato tape all day long. we back them anyway though, don't we π
