How long did your last withdrawal from the bookie actually take?
Don't laugh if this is obvious, but I'm still learning this side of things π
. Is the bookie actually safe to sign up with, or am I better off sticking with TAB like everyone here seems to? What I really want to know is whether payouts land within a few days or if people get mucked around for weeks.
Also, is there a decent minimum for a withdrawal? If I only put in NZ$20 and want it back, will they even let me, or do they hold it until you've turned it over a bunch? Sorry if these are daft questions, can someone explain simply π

βI've dealt with the sportsbook a fair bit, and the main thing to track is the difference between the advertised window and what actually lands in your account. They promise quick transfers, but sometimes the bank transfer hit can take a few days longer than they suggest, depending on the NZ bank processor. I had a multi land last month and the withdrawal took four working days before the funds were actually there. Just make sure you check the specific limit on your withdrawal method before loading up on any big singles.Bankroll discipline wins.

replying to the young fella mostly, don't laugh at yourself mate, everyone started somewhere. i've pulled money out of bookmaker a few times and it always took a couple of days to hit my bank account, close enough to what they promise. the first one is the slow one because they want your id sorted, passport photo and a utility bill from memory. annoying but once that's done the rest went through fine. bank transfer worked better for me than card cashouts, card ones seemed to sit there an extra day for some reason. old school advice would be stick with TAB for peace of mind, and there's nothing wrong with that, but bookmaker didn't muck me around either. never hit any withdrawal limit worth whingeing about, though i only ever take modest amounts out, more of a friday flutter punter than a high roller π ah well, we'll seeSeen it all, lads.

Wait, so payouts were fine but they cut your limits? That feels backwards π Was it after a big win or just steady profits, Paul_Fan?Learning from the veterans, go easy π

Bank transfer from the sportsbook landed in about two business days for me, right in the promised window, no caps on the amount I pulled. But Paul's got a point, my stake limits shrank pretty quick once a few multis landed back to back π₯ For a beginner I'd just start with TAB anyway, payouts are dull and reliable and your bankroll stays safe while you learn the ropes ππ»Value over a big price πΈ
