How good is BK support with disputes and slow payouts?
Hi everyone, sorry to bother you all since I’m so new to the forum. 🙏 I’m looking at signing up with the sportsbook soon, but I'm really worried about how they handle disputes or slow payouts. Like, where’s the line for a bookmaker that’s actually fair and reliable? 😬 Don't laugh, guys, I just want to make sure I don't get scammed by a dodgy operation. 😊

✓Josh, fair question for a newbie. My experience with support has been mixed at best. Had a stuck withdrawal late last year, NZ$ few hundred I'd won off a multi, and the live chat kept fobbing me off with "allow 3-5 business days" for over a week. No escalation, no reference number, just the same canned line from three different agents. Email replies came in a day or two but told me nothing I didn't already know. Where they actually improved things was when I pushed for the dispute to be logged formally. Once a bet got voided on my head-to-head leg because of a delayed postponed match and the payout never adjusted, that formal complaint got a proper answer inside two days. So my rule now: always screenshot everything, always ask for a ticket number, and keep your bankroll somewhere you can survive the wait. Slow is survivable, vague is what'll burn you. 🔥The line moves — catch it.

Katie's story sounds familiar. Verification checks slow payouts, that's just how it works. Keep your ID handy and chasing support gets easier. Ah well, we'll see.Seen it all, lads.

Every book puts a cap on risk, mate. Don't assume the verification process guarantees unlimited payouts.Numbers are honest, takes aren't.

Seriously, check the T&Cs before you blow your bankroll. I had a dispute once, the book tried to claim a 20% win margin on a big multi payout, pure crap. 🔥Up one week, down the next. Classic.
