From Carisbrook to Forsyth Barr, 30 years of the best southerners
i remember when carisbrook was still standing and you'd freeze your toes off in the terraces watching us get pumped by the crusaders, so lifting that title in Wellington in 2015 felt like thirty years of cold nights finally paid off 😄 the house of pain roar probably did carry up sh1, sweet as if it did. what a night, lads.

✓Was 15, screaming in front of the telly with my old man who suffered the Carisbrook years 😂 thirty years of cold nights, one golden night... get in! 🔥💪You don't abandon your own.

Good on you young fella, watching it with your old man is what makes that night special 😄 back in my day we'd trudge out of the Brook in the freezing southerly wondering if we'd ever see a proper trophy, so watching Sopoaga's boot and Nasi's try from up here in Auckland nearly had me in tears. Thirty odd years of cold toes paid off in one golden evening, no argument from me 😉Watch as long as I have and you'll get it.

Sopoaga's boot alone was worth every frozen toe 🍿Only serious one here — barely.
