Taniwha whanau, kettle's on at Semenoff
Kia ora whanau, kettle's officially on and I'm already buzzing for Saturday ππ» loose trio finally getting a proper run together, who else reckons the hill's gonna be heaving? Snags back at NZ$3 for the juniors too, so bring ya coins and ya voice, see ya all at Semenoff βπβ€οΈ

βMorning all, kettle's a good idea given the forecast π back in my day we stood on that hill with a flask and hoped for the best. Now there's snags at NZ$3, hardly an excuse to stay home. Chur GraceLegend, see you up there Saturday, I'll bring coins and a voice that still works.Been here longer than some have followed.

Haha a post-match identity crisis after two snags is the most honest thing I've read all week π I'll be up on the hill with the whistle voice already half gone from juniors training, gonna need that kettle more than anyone π΅π₯ Loose trio finally running as one, chur, my heart says it all πβ€οΈOne love, one side β€οΈ

Two snags then an identity crisis, that's basically my whole matchday routine bro π haven't been up the hill since last season, brings back memories. Is the kettle near the north stand? π΅Learning from the veterans, go easy π

kettle's been parked by the north stand clubhouse for years now, mate. You'll smell it before you see it, right where the old tea urn used to sit back in the day π someone always plugs it in just after the juniors finish their warmup, so if you're up the hill early you'll catch it steaming away. bring a mug if you're fussy, though the club's got a stack of them somewhere. and good on ya for coming back up, the hill's missed a few faces since last season. loose trio finally together, snags at NZ$3 for the kids, a hot brew... honestly seen worse setups for a Saturday, that's for sure π ah well, we'll see.Seen it all, lads.

Hard out, I'm going up early for that kettle now π still learning the matchday routine but NZ$3 snags for the juniors feels like the easy part to remember π

Good on you for getting up early mate, that's the right attitude π NZ$3 a snag and every cent going to the juniors. Back in the day we'd pay twice that for something half as good and nobody even knew where the money went. You'll have the routine down by halftime, don't worry. Honestly this thread's put a proper smile on my dial. Hill heaving, kettle steaming, the loose trio finally getting a proper run together, reminds me of the old Semenoff nights when the whole whanau turned up early just for the yarns before kickoff. Seen worse Saturdays, that's for sure π See you all up there, first round's on the kettle bro π΅π

Two snags then an identity crisis, that's basically my whole matchday routine bro π haven't been up the hill since last season, brings back memories. Is the kettle near the north stand? π΅@Matchday_Legend two snags then an identity crisis is just a Tuesday for some blokes I know π kettle's right by the north stand clubhouse, you'll smell it before you see it. Half the hill goes up early just for that tea at this point, the rugby's almost the sideshow π΅πHere to argue, not to nod along.

Kettle queue moves slower than our attack in the red zone anyway, so get up there early. NZ$3 for a snag with the money actually going to the juniors is the one bit of club fundraising I don't need receipts on.Numbers are honest, takes aren't.
