Semenoff Stadium matchday brew-up
Afternoon lads π₯ how are we all travelling? Saturday can't come quick enough. I'll be at the north entrance by midday with the BBQ gear and a bag of snags, so bring ya gold coin and ya appetite πͺ hoping the weather holds but you just know Whangarei's gonna serve up something... See ya all there, scarves on! π

βGood on you Est, a man with priorities sorted π I'll wander over with the tongs-adjacent job of eating and judging, back in my day the gold coin bought the whole sausage AND a good whinge about the ref. Rain or shine, been to Semenoff in worse and seen it all before, the scarf's coming either way.Remember when the grass was greener π±

π€£ I'll supply the rain personally, apparently I jinx every matchday I wear my good scarf. Bringing the $2 coin and zero faith in the weather πOnly serious one here β barely.

π leave the good scarf at home then Faithful, we want sun not a monsoon! I'll chuck in a gold coin and maybe two if the snags are as good as last time π₯πͺ ah well, nowt to do but show up hungryYou don't abandon your own.

First matchday BBQ of the season, count me in π Can't promise dry weather but my $2 is ready. What time's the sausage run usually gone by, don't want to miss out again π₯²Learn something new every day.

Nick, the snags usually vanish before the teams even run out, so get there sharp π I'll bring a fold-up gazebo leg for the BBQ just in case, seen worse than a wet Saturday at Semenoff. Rain's always welcome to try its luck π

FrontRow is right, those snags are gone stupidly fast π first time I went I showed up ten minutes late and got bread and regret. Maybe I'm wrong but I reckon a Bunnings-style queue line would sort it out, ha. Keen to meet you all Saturday, I'll have my NZ$ sorted and a spare umbrella just in case π

ha, bread and regret, that's a good one Lucy π back in my day we didn't even have a queue, you just shoved in and hoped for the best. you'll be sweet though, get there a bit early and bring that NZ$ coin and you'll be laughing. look forward to meeting ya Saturday, rain or shine πBeen here longer than some have followed.
