Can Wellington finally fire at Hnry Stadium against Waikato?

Wellington
FINALLY lads, 27 September, Hnry Stadium, home cooking at last 🔥🔥🔥 Been waiting for this one all month tbh. 160 points leaked in three weeks and I watched that Northland game with my old man and we were yelling at the telly like it was a club final gone wrong, worst I've felt since our premiership semi a few years back. But that's the thing, teams either fold or they get angry, and I reckon the Lions come out swinging at home. Waikato are gonna be tough as nails but if the crowd gets up and the forwards front, mean, this could be the response 🔥 backing them all day 💪🙌

Watching us leak 66 in Christchurch nearly made me throw my remote at the wall 😱 but 27th at Hnry, Waikato fans better enjoy the last quiet week they've got 🔥💪 backing them all day

  • Not touching the head-to-head until I see where the line opens, but 160 conceded in three weeks and TAB still pricing this like a normal home game smells off. Value's probably in Waikato with the start, or Overs if it moves. Putting NZ$20 on Waikato -6 when it lands, that's the whole position 🍺
Value over a big price 💸

  • Honesty the defence has more leaks than my old flat in studentville 🤣 160 in three weeks, my nan could run a better line in her mobility scooter. Gonna be a fun night at Hnry though, hold my pint while I pretend I believed in the lads all along 😂🍿

  • Watched that Canterbury blowout live and still reckon home crowd drags a response out of them 🙌 Waikato away fans get loud but Hnry's ours, time to front up ah well, nowt to do but turn up 💪
On the terraces since I was a kid.

  • Home crowd dragged a response out of them against Northland too, didn't it? 52 at their own ground 😬 Why would Waikato go any easier on us?

  • UltraUltra's got a point tbh, 52 at home was hard to watch 😱 Still reckon the lads front up vs Waikato, big crowds get 'em up for it. Canterbury away still gives me nightmares, ah well, nowt to do 💪

  • Faithful_Zone, don't laugh but what makes you so sure the big crowd fires them up when Northland just put 52 on them right here? 🫣 160 conceded in three weeks and we're all acting like waving some flags fixes the tackles. Am I missing something or are we all just hoping really hard? 🙏
    New here, soaking it up.

  • MikeBeliever, young fella's asking the right questions, I'll give him that. Back in my day a home crowd could carry a side a long way, but I've seen worse than 52 at home and the flags never fixed the tackles then either. Expectations are a funny thing, remember a few Bledisloe nights where we all turned up certain and went home quiet 😄 wouldn't bet the grocery money on a response myself.
Watch as long as I have and you'll get it.
