truebeliever, you're not wrong that 24 points is sore reading, no argument from me there 😄 but expectations are funny old things. back in my day we wrote the Highlanders off plenty of times and they turned up at Carisbrook in the southerly and flattened somebody who thought the job was done. i sat through some shocking seasons too, and the table never predicted which night the boys would suddenly click. so do i expect a statement win in dunedin? honestly, i don't expect anything anymore - watch as long as i have and you learn the script gets torn up more often than followed. that LLWLW stretch does hint they've still got a pulse, mind. young lot, keep your hopes modest and your heart open; that's the only way to survive supporting this mob anyway 😉Remember when the grass was greener 🌱
