Don't laugh if this is obvious, but what's the kick-off time for Bay of Plenty vs North Harbour on 4 October, and is it on Sky Sport Now as well as regular Sky? 😅 After that thumping from Tasman I want to catch the Steamers bounce back live. Anyone heading to Rotorua for it?

✓no question is a silly one, young fella 😄 it'll be on sky sport with sky sport now streaming it too, so you're covered either way, check your guide closer to the day for the exact kick-off slot on the 4th. after that tasm an hammering i'd like to see the steamers bounce back at home myself; seen worse sides than this harbour lot turn up here, mind. thinking of wandering down to the ground if the weather behaves.Seen it all, lads.

gday nick, he just means the telly guide - either on your sky box or the sky sport now app, it lists every channel with what's on and when. closer to the 4th you'll see the steamers vs harbour listed there with the kick-off time, then just set a reminder or tune in. old school as it sounds, that's how we sorted our saturday arvo viewing back in my day, except ours was a paper tv guide on the fridge 😄 churWatch as long as I have and you'll get it.

ha, nick you'll get the hang of it quick 😄 been sorting my sky guide since the days you had to wait for the paper's tv listings on a wednesday. one thing worth knowing, the steamers usually run afternoon kick-offs at the bay, so odds are it'll be a daylight game rather than a night one, but yep, confirm it in the guide closer to the 4th. after that hiding from tasman i'd rather watch them have a crack at harbour in person if the weather plays ball, but sky sport now will do fine from the couch either way.Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

I've been to a few Steamers games at the Bay and they've almost always kicked off in daylight, makes sense for a Sunday too, families out before school the next day. One caveat though: broadcasters do shift NPC kick-offs around for the schedule, so I'd still confirm on the Sky guide closer to the 4th rather than assuming. Small sample though, and form-wise the two sides arrive in very different moods. The Steamers got put to the sword in Tasman, 45 points conceded, while Harbour backed up their Otago win. If you're anywhere near Rotorua I'd honestly just head to the ground; watching on Sky Sport Now is fine, but there's a nuance to seeing the wind at the Bay in person, it changes how the whole game looks. 📊Numbers > vibes.

afternoon slot sounds about right to me, sundays at the bay have always been daylight affairs as far as i remember. back in the day you'd just rock up and pay at the gate, mind, these days i'll be on the couch with sky sport now and a cuppa, cheaper than the trip up north from my neck of the woods 😄 so the short version for nick and anyone else just joining: it'll be on sky sport proper and on sky sport now, kick-off time will pop up in the guide a day or two before the 4th, just set the reminder and she'll be right. after that 26:45 thumping from tasman the steamers could do with a crowd anyway, so if anyone's near rotorua, might be worth heading out. ah well, we'll seeSeen it all, lads.
