FINALLY the run-in is here π₯π₯ 11 from 14, 562 points put on and less than 300 conceded, that's not a hot streak, that's a whole season of our lot never making it easy, just doing it properly this time πͺ
Got my TAB multi sorted already, obviously, and the weather in Wellington better behave cos I'm heading up for the business end. Three straight wins before that one slip, and tbh the slide only made me MORE confident, you could see the boys switched back on the moment it hurt. Giddy up!! π If any of you punter types are on board, say it loud. Who's riding this wave with me?? ππ₯

Straight to what I keep telling mates at the TAB in Blenheim β the head-to-head on these fellas is already priced like they've won the thing, so there's nothing there. Where I'm looking is the margin bands. A side scoring 562 and giving up 298 across 14 games doesn't need to be flashy to cover, they just need to keep doing the boring stuff. StandsGuy88 is right that the comp should be nervous, but nervous doesn't pay my bills, price does. My multi this weekend: them head-to-head, them with the line, and an odd try scorer I've had a cheeky few NZ$ on all season. Only dropped three all year and the form line says WWWLW, so the stumble was one bad week, nothing structural. That wave's still rolling. You're in or you're watching? πΈπ₯Bankroll discipline wins.

New here so maybe I'm reading it wrong, but 11 from 14 feels great, not guaranteed π anyway keen to see if they hold it together, count me cautiously in πNew here, soaking it up.

Lucy, you're reading the table wrong way round π every team up top drops three along the way. Have a look at the rest of the comp before calling cracks. What matters is the 562-298. That's not scraping wins, that's putting teams to the sword AND shutting the gate. If the defence was leaky I'd worry, but you don't concede under 300 in 14 games by luck πͺ Finals are a different animal mind, Josh has a half point there. One off night and you're gone. But this lot look a different beast this year tbh, Wellington's absolutely buzzing π₯ Got a few NZ$ on the TAB already and I'm riding the wave all the way, ah well, nowt to do πOn the terraces since I was a kid.
