How fast does bookmaker actually pay out your wins these days?
Started poking around the book after landing a few multis on the weekend footy, and now I'm wondering how they actually are with paying out. Do people get their cash fast through here, and does anything over NZ$5000 trigger extra checks? I've only ever used the TAB app before so maybe I'm wrong about how this all works, but go easy on me 🙏

✓Got a decent-sized payout out of them last winter after a line bet on the All Blacks landed, and the whole thing took about three days to my bank account. No drama, but they did ask for ID since I hadn't verified properly when I signed up. That verification step is what stretches things out, not the transfer itself. Caps-wise I've never tried anything over NZ$5000 in one go so can't speak to that, but mates who have say bank transfer is the way rather than card, cards seem slower and occasionally bounce back for no reason. My routine now is get verified early before you need it, then request withdrawals on a Monday morning. Weekend requests sit there till business hours anyway, learned that the hard way waiting on a payout over a long weekend 🍺Bankroll discipline wins.

had a similar run-in with the verification myself, took a bit of ID and a proof of address before they'd shift a larger amount, then it was a couple of days to the bank. that's the norm everywhere these days, get it sorted early and you won't even notice. caps and method choice can slow things down a touch, bank transfer is the safe road. watch as long as I have and you'll get it, the slow ones are the bookies worth worrying about, not these 😄Been here longer than some have followed.

Honestly, relying on the idea that big wins just cruise through is a mistake. Every single book will impose limits on maximum stakes and payout ceilings, regardless of your verification status. Are you expecting some platform to simply hand over an astronomical sum without checks, or do you actually know what the individual withdrawal caps are?Numbers are honest, takes aren't.

Still wonder why they make it such a big fuss about verification these days? Back in the day, if you had a solid win, the money showed up when it should. These whole limits and hoops they spring on the punter feel like overkill, though I suppose security is more of a worry than it used to be.Watch as long as I have and you'll get it.

The paperwork took me ages on my last big win, so get that sorted before the funds even land. It’s the only way to bypass the extra checks and pull out your full NZD without delay. The line moves, catch it.
