Anyone dealt with bookmaker support over a stuck withdrawal?
Sorry if this is a daft question 😅 but is the book even ok to sign up with from NZ? I mostly use the TAB and don't really know how these offshore ones work, like will they actually pay out if I win a bit or just dodge me? keen to hear before I put any money in 🙏

✓Not a daft question at all mate, worth asking before you send anything offshore. I've had the book for a couple of years now, mostly for the line when TAB's price is off. Withdrawals have been fine in my experience, one sat pending about three days because I'd changed my card and their verification kicked in. Live chat got it moving same day after I sent ID through, email would've dragged another week I reckon. The lesson there is do the verification BEFORE you need a payout, saves the panic. Payouts landed in NZ$ a couple days after that. Support knows their stuff but live chat is the only channel I'd bother with. Small caveat, TAB's your legal backstop locally so I never keep more bankroll there than I'm happy to leave sitting.Bankroll discipline wins.

chris, i've had a withdrawal sit for a few days with the sportsbook once and the live chat got it moving same day once i'd sent through id docs. they'll verify you first, that's just how it goes, same as the TAB would ask. never had them dodge a payout, ah well, we'll see 😉Seen it all, lads.

Fair, but they'll limit you fast enough once you win regularly. Support sorted my payout fine, doesn't change the stake cuts.Numbers are honest, takes aren't.

Yeah verification is the primary hurdle. Last time my payout was stuck, it took two weeks just to clear the compliance backlog.Numbers > vibes.
