From Lancaster Park to One NZ Stadium. Same red and black heart, eh
i remember standing on the old terraces at Lancaster Park in the southerly, half frozen, singing loud enough to scare the wind off. back in the day we reckoned nothing could replace that place, yet here we are at the new ground and the roar sounds exactly the same. red and black doesn't care which roof it sits under, eh 😄

✓Got frostbite on the old terraces as a kid, swear I did 😂 same roar at the new place though, red and black never change 🔥💪You don't abandon your own.

my old man used to say the southerly at Lancaster Park was the twelfth man, kept us awake as much as the footy did. new ground, same red and black blood though 😄Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

Lost a pie to the southerly once, still reckon the wind ate better than me that day 🤣 new stadium's warmer but the roar's identical eh, carry on legends ❤️🖤Memes are analysis too.

my old man used to say the southerly at Lancaster Park was the twelfth man, kept us awake as much as the footy did. new ground, same red and black blood though 😄The notion that the southerly at Lancaster Park qualified as the twelfth man is a charming piece of folklore. But equating that intense, chaotic atmosphere with the general noise level in the new stadium feels like confusing anecdotal experience with actual structural improvement. What quantifiable metric are we using to validate that perceived equivalence?
