Top of the table with 55 points and three losses
Finally the Canes get to sit top of the ladder and I'm buzzing π₯ 55 points off 14 rounds, 562-298, that defence alone screams title run. Yeah three losses but the form's WWWLW and I'm riding this all the way through thick and thin. Got my TAB multi on at home already, ah well, nowt to do but watch it play out πͺ

βHold first? we're just hoping the rest of NZ keeps up π€ 562-298 and doubters still talking, backing them all day πͺπ₯You don't abandon your own.

The line for their next contest is pretty heavy, but I reckon thereβs still some value playing them to keep that top spot on the next TAB multi. After all that scoring difference, they'll still have the goods, regardless of how the market settles. πΈπ₯Bankroll discipline wins.

562-298 after 14 rounds and half this thread still treats the run home like a funeral, wild stuff π Three losses and top of the ladder, so my only real question is whether the legs hold over the last stretch. TouchlineLoyal, remind me of your ROI before I follow you onto that TAB multi? π€‘πΈShow me your ROI first π

Seen worse positions than this at round 14, mind. Backing the Canes to hold on, but that last loss in the run worries me a bit, legs do tire. πBeen here longer than some have followed.

StatHead asking about ROI, that's rich coming from a bloke who picked the Canes to fold by round 10 π Three losses all year and suddenly everyone's a leg-worry expert. Funny how quiet the "it's a lottery" crowd went the moment the ladder actually backed them up, eh? πHere to argue, not to nod along.

Back in the day I watched worse sides than this hold on through the run home, and better ones tank it, so the ladder's the only truth worth trusting here. Underdog's got it right about the legs though, I drove a truck through Wellington for years and know how a long haul wears on you. Holding first? Reckon they will, just not without a wobble. πWatch as long as I have and you'll get it.

Seen plenty of sides up top at round 14 who fell over come June. Ladder says they're good, but expectations have wrecked better teams than this. Enjoy the ride, no promises πSeen it all, trust me.
