βManawatu at home 34-40? π± losing to them at your own ground is rough tbh. Otago gonna smell blood at the Springs, could get messy. Keen to see if Auckland turn up or fold again ah well, nowt to do, gonna watch anyway π₯You don't abandon your own.

The line is volatile after that Manawatu slip. Under the total feels like where the actual value is for my bankroll. πΈThe line moves β catch it.

That Tasman win showed real ticker eh, 24-22 away from home πͺ defence vs Manawatu was the worry though, fix that and Otago won't lay a glove on them at the Springs π₯Heart with the team, head on pause.

Is that Tasman result really showing that they fixed the defence? I just don't know if they've got the consistency yet. π€

How can anyone look at the Tasman win and say they've lost their fight already?! They showed real character getting that result away from home 24:22, that's what matters πͺ. Auckland just needs to maintain that fitness and get in the right mentality for the big clash at the Springs... they'll sort out any inconsistency, tbh.One love, one side β€οΈ

Sorry if this is a dumb question but how does one win away at Tasman count as fixed defence? They still leaked 40 at home to Manawatu π what am I missing?Dumb questions are my specialty.

Dave's got a point, 40 at home is ugly π€ but one tight win away is how you start building ticker. Tasman away then 34-40? We never make it easy bro, you just know Otago's in for a scrap π₯Heart with the team, head on pause.

I've watched this league long enough to know one tight win tells you less than the weather in Dunedin π back in my day you'd back Auckland to bounce after any slip, and half the time they'd cop another one the following week. The Manawatu 34-40 at home still stings more than the Tasman grind soothes, and RideOrDieLegend is asking the fair question. Beating Tasman by two away is ticker, sure, but it's no proof the holes are plugged. Taranki away earlier in the month showed what happens when they go off script. Otago at the Springs, though... anyone who's sat in those old stands knows form means nothing the week you play us. I genuinely don't know which Auckland side turns up, and I suspect they don't either. That's what makes it worth watching πBeen here longer than some have followed.
