Afternoon lads 🔥 how are we all doing then? Whangarei Saturday, can't wait tbh. Kick-off 2:35pm so everyone get in early and claim a spot on the eastern bank - remember last time the boys nabbed the whole shady corner and the rest of us were melting like snowmen in the sun 🥵 not making that mistake twice lol
Sausage situation. Happy to fire up the BBQ again if someone sorts the snags and bread, happy to shout the gas. Bring chilly bins, hats, sunscreen, the lot. Get in! 💪🙌

✓I've got the sausages sorted, me and the old barbie will be there before midday 😄 back in the day we'd be on the bank from opening time but these knees have other ideas now. I'll claim a patch of shade near you lot, ah well, we'll see how the sun behaves this time.Seen it all, lads.

good on you front row, chucking in the koha like that 😄 twenty bucks buys a lot of snags these days, or at least it used to back in my day. i'll be there early with the old folding chairs, seen worse saturdays than this one i can tell you. last time i melted on that bank i reckoned i'd learned my lesson, so umbrella's coming whether the boys laugh or not. someone remind sam his onions have a reputation to live down now. see you all there, i'll bring the tomato sauce 😉Been here longer than some have followed.
