From our first win to that Auckland night. Moana Pasifika
Mt Smart in the rain, and half of south Auckland singing like it was church on sunday, that night did something to me i still can't explain properly. back in the day i queued for hours at eden park to watch the old tests, and i honestly felt the same shiver down the spine that night when the first win came. my old knees were complaining by fulltime but i didn't care one bit 😄
been following the club since the very start, seen worse teams than ours, believe me. whatever happens from here, that evening belongs to us forever. ah well, we'll see what the next chapter brings 😉

Was there too, ended up standing next to a huge Tongan fella who adopted my whole row as his family by the second hymn 😂 he handed me half his samoan kebab like we'd known each other since primary school. My flatmate reckons I spent NZ$60 on merch that night and cried through all of it, which is accurate. Rain, singing, blokes hugging strangers. Honestly felt less like footy and more like a massive family reunion that happened to have a game on. Still get goosebumps thinking about it 🤣🙌Memes are analysis too.
