FINALLY it's nearly here 🔥 Canterbury rolling into Palmy five-from-five hunting, mate - four on the bounce already and that Wellington rout still gives me goosebumps 😱🤬 Give me a comfy one this time tbh, my heart can't take another Harbour-style one-pointer... ah well, nowt to do but back 'em through thick and thin 💪🙌

Comfy win's where the trap is, boys. TAB's got Canterbury giving up double digits in Palmy and I'm not touching that line after they nearly coughed it up at North Harbour. Better value on the Turbos with the start - 25:24 says this side can win tight but doesn't blow teams away away from home. My NZ$20's going on Manawatu +12 and letting Canterbury land the win. 💸Value over a big price 💸

😂 Matchday_88 lecturing us about value after dodge-fishing the Harbour line, brave. That 25:24 wasn't a wobble mate, that was them flipping the switch when it mattered, same as sides do all season. i'll take Matchday_88's read with one caveat - watch as long as i have and you'll learn that a young side off four straight can look mortal the minute the bus trip gets long. back in my day we called those away days after a big home rout the "quiet graveyard" 😄 comfy on paper, but palmy on a cold saturday? i'd sooner sit on the fence with a quiet beer than trust the line either way.Been here longer than some have followed.

Seen it all before, back when a young Canterbury side would cruise four straight then hit a long bus haul and play like strangers for forty minutes. that harbour game showed me they can grind one out ugly, mind, which older sides could never do. i'd love a comfy one for the heart's sake, but i'll believe the switch still flips at palmy before i put a cent on at the TAB 😉Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

That harbour win was the telling one for me, when the flash dries up and you still find a way, that's the mark of them. but this old whanganui fella will add one thing: a long haul to palmy in spring, ground a bit heavy underfoot, and young legs go quiet in a hurry. i'd take canterbury, just not by much 😉Remember when the grass was greener 🌱

i've seen canterbury sides look unstoppable then trip at palmy more than once, ah well, we'll see. harbour proved they can grind, which is worth more than the 66 against Wellington.Seen it all, lads.
