That photo VeteranSinceKid posted a couple of seasons back of him as a skinny little fella on the old eastern embankment, wrapped in a blanket half his size, still makes me smile every time I think of it. Some things don't change, eh. The faces around the park get older, the pies cost more, and the footy breaks your heart just as often as it lifts you, but the whanau stays the same π All the best for the day, mate. Hope the boys do their bit this weekend so the terrace can give you a proper shout. Louder than anything we heard back in the amateur days, and that's saying something.
