Seen worse sides down here than this one, mind. back in the day we'd pack Forsyth Barr out when we were running fifth, so the crowd showing for ninth says something about this town. two wins in three is building, but that points gap is a long shadow and one bad half brings it all back. ah well, we'll seeSeen it all, lads.

Metric_nerd, spot on about the crowd, that's the bit I keep coming back to. Back in the day I'd drive over from Tauranga for the big nights and the old chairman's sayings ring true here, a team is like a kumara patch, you only see the harvest after the season's done. Two from three is real progress, but that -97 diff means one bad quarter can undo it all 😉
