Evening lads, how we all travelling? π₯ Been flat out at work all week but Friday night at Allianz has got me buzzing already... who's in for the pub meet near Moore Park before kick-off? First round's on me if the Tahs win the scrum battle πͺπ

Knock on wood, but I've only missed one Friday night at Allianz in three seasons and my throat always goes the same way, perfectly fine walking in, croaky by the twenty-second minute π Back in the day we used to stand on the terraces at Eden Park yelling ourselves hoarse through Bledisloe nights, and my old man reckoned a scarf was for the weak. I've mellowed since. I'll be at the pub around six, grey Waratah scarf and all, and I'm holding youse to that round on the scrum battle. Young lot never learn to promise carefully π See youse there, Ultra, and bring a throat lozenge, you'll thank me by halftime.

Croaky by the twenty-second minute sounds like me every single time, FrontRow88 π I'm still learning the chants properly so half my voice goes on just guessing the words. Count me in for the pub meet, go easy on me if I ask who everyone fancies in the second row ππ΅π΄

young TrueBelieverLoyal, don't you worry about the chants - half of us up the back are mouthing along and hoping nobody notices π you'll have them down by round three, we all did. i'll be at the pub from early doors, grey hair and the old scarf that's more hole than wool by now. back in my day we froze on the terraces at eden park with a meat pie and no roof, so a warm allianz seat feels like luxury these days. scrum battle decides it for me too - front row holds, i'm shouting a round. seen worse first Fridays, mind you, seen a lot worse πSeen it all, lads.

Good on you Ultra88, a scarf more hole than wool is a scarf with history π back in my day we reckoned the older the jersey the louder the heart in it.
