Hi all, still learning this side of things so apologies if this is a daft one 😅. I've been keen to try Mummys Gold but the offshore thing worries me a bit, like if a withdrawal stalls, who do you even complain to? Don't laugh but what does KYC actually involve here? Like do they want photos of my ID and stuff before paying out? 😅Daft questions are my specialty.

gramps, no laugh at all, kyc is just short for "know your customer", fancy name for the casino checking you're a real person. basically they'll want a photo of your id (passport or driver licence usually), maybe a utility bill to prove your address, and sometimes a shot of the card you deposited with. they ask for it when you go to cash out, and nothing moves until they're happy. back in the day none of this existed, you could walk into the pub pokies and nobody asked a thing 😄 but online it's the drill everywhere now. only advice i'd add is get your documents in order before you deposit, not after. i've seen punters stuck waiting on a withdrawal because some blurry photo of their licence got knocked back twice. offshore or not, a tidy file means she'll be right when the cashout day comes.

the old saying fits here: measure twice, cut once. i'd only ever send kyc docs once i've tested the site with a small deposit first. No point handing your passport over before you know their support even answers. and aye, keep copies of every email, back in my day that habit saved me more than once offshore 😄Been here longer than some have followed.

Handing your ID to an offshore site with no local backup to fall back on? Nah, I want proof someone actually got paid first. I've seen mates wait weeks for a withdrawal and just cop it, no recourse at all 💪

Same boat as you fellas, I'll wait for a real payout receipt before I even think about it. I've done the small-deposit test trick with other sites and it's worth it, but KYC drag is where they get you. One took three weeks and support just kept saying "processing". Plenty of ways to lose money in this country without adding an offshore withdrawal queue to the list 😭Bankroll discipline wins.

Yeah the "processing" runaround is the worst part tbh, at least give punters a straight answer 😅 If I were gonna test it I'd do the tiniest NZ$ deposit possible and screenshot everything, but honestly I'd rather just stick to what's licensed here until someone actually posts a paid-out receipt 🤷You don't abandon your own.

KYC wall first, mate - they'll want your ID before any withdrawal clears. Small-deposit trick only shows how fast they take your money, eh 😏
