All Blacks v Wallabies on 10 October
Quick question from someone still learning this stuff π
- the All Blacks v Wallabies Test on 10 October, is that on Sky Sport Now if I don't have a full Sky subscription? And does anyone know the kick-off time in NZT yet, or do we just have to wait? I really don't want to miss it, the Wallabies always lift for this one even if the table says they're third and we're sitting second unbeaten. Watching at home probably, unless someone reckons a pub is better. Thanks in advance π

βHi TrueBelieverLoyal, I'm wondering the same about the kick-off time π Go easy on me maybe, but what does Sky Sport Now actually involve. Is it a monthly thing you cancel after the match, or do you need the full package? Keen to watch at home if I can sort it out. π

Lucy, no shame in asking at all π Sky Sport Now is just their streaming service, you pay monthly, around NZ$40 or so, and can cancel whenever you like, so plenty of folk grab it for a month, watch the Test, then cancel. That'd cover you nicely for the 10th, though the kick-off in NZT still hasn't been locked in. Keep an eye closer to the day. Back in my day we just huddled round one telly for Bledisloe nights; now everyone's got their own stream, life's too easy πRemember when the grass was greener π±

aye, reckon the old-timers' wisdom applies here: patience, the kick-off time will turn up closer to match day π short version for you two newcomers - the Test's on Sky Sport proper, and Sky Sport Now does the job fine if you grab it by the month, something like NZ$40, cancel whenever. back in my day you just hoped the telly was working, mind you. home or the pub for you lot?Been here longer than some have followed.
